Looking for any details of William Pinkston born about 1830 and Bridget Nolan born about 1832 and probably left Ireland for Liverpool in the UK about 1849-1851.
William Pinkston`s parents were Patrick Pinkston and Mary Griffin.

You don't mention the religious denomination. If they were Church of Ireland, the church records are maintained locally. You may want to contact the diocese http://cashel.anglican.org/?page_id=1489
The RC records for Dunleckney go back to 1820 and as far as I can tell are not online. Here is the parish register

I don't see any Pinkstons in the 1853 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Dunleckney parish bu there are many Nolan records. http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/carlow/dunleckny.htm
