I am trying to find out more about my Great Grandmotehr's family.

My Great Grandmotehr was Agnes Rose McCullough, born 7th November 1857, Blythswood, Glasgow, Scotland to Charles McCulloch and Mary McLachlan.  Agnes married Michael Fitzpatrick in Maryborough, Queensland, Australia on 17th March 1884.

Family oral history says Agnes' parents died and she and her siblings were taken back to Ireland and raised by her Aunt.

Agnes' daughter, Mary Fitzpatrick on entry to USA in 18th January 1912 lists her Uncle Thomas McCullough, 12 Joy Street, Blefast is given under "The name and complete address of nearest relative or friend in country whence alien from."

In Ireland 1911 Census Thomas McCullough at Joy Street, Belfast is listed as aged 57; a General Labourer Born in Tyrone, married to Mary McCullough with three children: Hugh, Edward, and Maggie.

I assume that Thomas McCullough is Anges' older brother which means the family may have emmigrated from Tyrone to Glasgow.
