Looking for Bernard & Annie McGuire

I'm trying to find records for Bernard & Annie McGuire.  I have their names on a marriage register as parents of my great grandfather, Patrick McGuire.  Patrick was born 17 Mar 1873 (according to his US naturalization certificate) and was from Cavan, Ireland.  I think that was just the county, though, not the city.  I believe he had a brother John, b. 22 Dec 1865, and Thomas, b. 1870, based on a US census from 1900.  Johnn emigrated to the US in 1883, Tom in 1895, and Patrick in 1892.

I found a possible baptism record for Patrick from Killeshandra parish from 17 Mar 1868 (so the dates don't match exactly) with parents Bernard and Anne McGuire. Sponsors were James Kearney and Mary Sheridan.  I'd love to find out if this is indeed where my great grandfather was born.  I also found a baptismal record for John dated 22 Dec 1860.  I've been told dates can vary widely so I don't want to dismiss it.  On John's record, the father is listed as Bernard McGuire and the mother Anne Gaffney, which I suppose could be her maiden name.  Sponsors for John were Thomas Gaffney and Mary Gaffney.

We will be coming to Ireland in June and will try to get to County Cavan if I can narrow down where my father's grandparents came from.
