Dear Paulie
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the long delay in getting back to you.
Do you know when the children were born or can you make an educated guess?
Best wishes

Hi Clare
Thank you for your reply.
Bridget was born about 1836. She migrated to Australia arriving early in 1862 in Geelong, Victoria. She sponsorsed her sister Mary (born abt 1841) who arrived in Melbourne, Victoria in August 1862 aboard the ship Accrington.
John was born abt 1843. He arrived in Melbourne, Victoria in January 1864 with his friend Thomas Duffy aboard the ship Great Australia. Thomas Duffy married Mary Leader in April 1865.
On John's marriage certificate he put his father, Michael's, ocupation as farmer. The only place that we know that they may have come from is Ennis. Parish/Townland Drumcliff .... maybe Rural Ennis ?? We think that Michael and Margaret were born 1810-1820.
We hope that you are able to come up with some information for us and we look forward to your reply.
Regards
John & Mary
