Patrick Donahue Winter

Hi, I looking for informaiton on my Great Grandparents, I'm not sure exactly where they were from in Ireland but I know it was County Clare and County Cork. My Great Grandfather was Patrick Dohahue Winter, DOB 1845 and my Great Grandmother was Margaret McMahan DOB 1856. Any information would be greatly appreciated. They both died in San Francisco, California.

I found from National records of Scotland that Patrick's father was Patrick Winter and his mother was M.S. Margaret Donnelly. Patrick D. was married to Catherine Gallacher in Scotland before he went to America. They had a son born October 13, 1869 in Glascow. Catherine died before my Grandfather could bring her to America and when he found out about her death he was told there son had also died. It was many years later that he found out the his son Thomas Patrick Winter was alive and living in Scotland with a family of his own.

I have been searching on Ancestory and have found several possibilities but am not sure if they are related.
