It is not possible to search by month so I ccouldn't narrow it down for you. However I went through the parishes and Abbeymahon was in the list but only Abbeymahon Civil Parish not an RC one.

The parishes of these records were 2 in Conna & 1 each in Kanturk Coachford Charleville and Banteer all RC.

There may be some relevant public member trees on ancestry.com. There are a couple of Mary Mahoneys born 1854 in Cork - 1 came to Oz & the other went to the USA and I'm not sure which is yours.
