  • Hi i think this is the history but not sure my mother was muriel o'callahgan born her parents were margaret geary and james o'callaghan (we think it was james) margaret geary died in childbirth or a few days after muriel was born the grave is dated 14 dec 1920 she is buried at old aghada graveyard. i have a link for the graveyard but it wont let be copy and paste on here.  We think james o'callaghan remarried as there is a boy similar age to my mother called anthony o'callaghan who was classed as step brother but have no more details than that.  My mother was brought up by an aunt we think.  Thank you Den O'Driscoll

  • Hi just noticed I think that the wrong grave as my grandmother was married when she died so her name would have been Margaret O'Callaghan and she died in 1920 so doesn't match that headstone. Any further info would be so helpful. Thanks Den O'Driscoll
