Hi Duggan, looking over unanswered queries here on site. It is unlikely to find info here as we look up records for people but unless we had a volunteer in the area there would be nobody to answer as to the local, there may be one now if you wish to repost.
Also there are various private groups on Facebook doing genealogy by county and indeed area if you are there and can search, you apply to join and they are usually well run. Try Cork first then the area if that is not helping.
