There is apparently a Lily as well

No luck on www.risishgenealogy.ie/ or the Irish Censuses.
The Tithe Applotments (free at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/) have 39 Woods in Cork including two P Woods both 1833 in Ballymoney
The Irish phone book (118.ie/) has no Woods and only 1 Carroll in Killavullen - might be worth dropping them a line
