Hi
I am looking for any information regarding a Thomas Draper born 1820 Bandon Cork - mother Mary Perrot and father Nathaniel Draper. Thomas emigrated to Australia in 1840, on the HMB Resource. Listed on the passenger list was a family of 7 - parents Thomas Perrot and Catherine Perrot and their 5 children. I believe Thomas Draper was their nephew and came to Australia with them for a better life. And a better life he certainly had, a prosperous business supplying charcoal to the growing suburban districts of Sydney, a lovely home of his own with Emma and their 5 children and a long life passing away at home aged 77
Any information would be very helpul.
Thanks
Maxine

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I assume your Draper and Perrot families were not RC since the Bandon RC records go back to the late 1790s but no records were found on www.irishgenealogy.ie I also did not locate any Tithe records in Ballymodan civil parish (which includes Bandon) for Drapers or Perrots.
Any addiitonal information on your family?
Have you considered autosomal DNA testing?
