I have a marriage document that shows Thomas Dempsey and Anne Sutton marrying in the Diocese fo Cork and Ross 1820.
A baby born to them in 1821 William
I believe another baby and then leaving Ireland landing in Newfoundland Canada 1825.
I felt Bandon would be the right pariah as they did finally settle in Nova Scotia, Canada and secured and settled farmland on the Bay of Chaleur close to Stonehaven close to New Bandon.
Looking forward to connecting and understanding more about our history.
