Hello, my wife and I will be visiting Churchtown over the weekend of St. Patrick's Day. While I am looking forward to stepping foot where my ancestors came from, I would love the opportunity to meet and enjoy some company of the fine folk that still live there. First round is on me. Perhaps, we're distant cousins.

My family names are Buckley, Butler, Curran, Fitzgerald, Hartnett, Mahoney, McAuliffe, Leary/O'Leary, O'Brien, Sheehan, and White.

    My name is Anne Marie and I am the parish liaison for Churchtown and I live in Churchtown, I would be delighted to show you around when you visit here in March.
    You picked a great time to visit as we will have the anual St Patricks day parade in Churchtown and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet the locals.
    Some of the names you mentioned are still present in Churchtown like Buckley, Leary and O'Brien, there are also families related to the McAuliffes.
    Do you know where your family lived in Churchtown?
