Lucey of Banteer

Hi,

My great-grandmother Margaret T. Lucey was born in May 1840-3 in Banteer, Clonmeen Parish, County Cork, the daughter of John C. Lucey and Mary Murphy. 

• She married Edmond Daley on Oct. 4, 1868 in Doneraile Parish, Cloyne, County Cork.
• Edmund was b. 1840-44 in County Cork (son of John Daley and Mary Ann Ray). Possibly baptized 25 Jan. 1840 Ballyhea Parish, Cork.
• They lived in Millstreet, Cork, before emigrating to US in 1870, and lived in Abington, MA. She lived to be 92, the oldest person in the town.
