I think that you have the wrong  parish page. The Dioceses of Cloyne covers most parts of County Cork and it is quite different to the parish of Cloyne which is in in East Cork and is only one of many Catholic parishes that are part of the Diocese.

Kilshannig is a civil parish in Ireland. (It falls under the Catholic parish of Glantane however, which can be seen in purple in the North West of the above map)

Using the civil parish of Kilshannig you could try looking for information on the family in the land records pertaining to Ireland in the 19th century. There are two:

The Tithe Applotment Books (1823-1838) found at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/home.jsp

and Griffith?s Valuation (1848-1864) found at http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/

You could also try looking in some commercial directories seen as their father?s were tradesmen:
