Hi Robert, I think I've figured out why you can't find Mary Bridget White in Crosshaven...she was in Carrigaline! Carrigaline and Crosshaven were joined together as one parish until the 1980s, so the records can often be misleading...plus Kilnagleary is on the way to Crosshaven. Here she is in 1901 with her family @ Kilnagleary, Carrigaline:

They seem to be gone by 1911, for whatever reason. You could try and track down Mary Bridget's siblings seperately through the online census enquiry, just add 10 years on to their age and seeing as White is a relatively unusual name in Ireland, you might be lucky!
On the McClures....
Kinsale is a completely different parish again to Crosshaven or Carrigaline, Kinsale being a town some 12 miles west from Carrigaline (see google maps)....so there's no such place as Kinsale, Crosshaven.
I searched for McClures and only found 6 in Ireland in 1901:
Three of them fitted your bill (Ellen as a widow, Thomas and his twin sister Maggie), and are shown @ Myrtleville, Crosshaven (a seaside hamlet):
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Cork/Templebrady/Myrtleville/1121058/
I don't know where you can across the idea of them living at a 'Bayview' house, but the records above seem to fit very well with your info and I'd go by them. Please feel free to email me at josullivanban@ymail.com for any further help I can be!
Good luck :)
