I would appreciate some help if anyone can -).

My GGFather William Barry who married Margaret McGuire in Cardiff in 1856 I think was the son of James Barry (? 1797 Cork) and ? Ann Dukelow (1803) of Durrus but I cannot find more records.

The Muintervarra RC parish baptismal records go back to 1816 and are available on the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie  (Church Record TAB). The only William Barry baptismal record with father James Barry I found in the parish was for December 28 1823. The mother, however, was Mary Hurley. This family lived in Carravilleen townland in Kilcrohane civil parish. Kilcrohane parish is just to the southwest from Durrus parish. People from Durrus and Kilcrohane parishes would have been served by Muintervarra RC parish.

I searched for Anne Dukelow records and the only record I found was for an Anne Dukelow who was baptized in Schull parish in 1839 but this would have been a different Anne Dukelow.

Do you have any other information? Have you considered DNA testing?

The 1852 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Durris civil parish does show a James Barry in Ballycommane townland. There are also a number of Dukelow records in the parish.  https://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/cork/durrus.php

Also, looking at the 1901 census records, it appears that Dukelows were mainly Church of Ireland. Do you know if Ann Dukelow was Church of Ireland? This would explain not finding records because Durrow Church of Ireland records were destroyed in the 1922 Public Records Office fire in 1922 in Dublin.
