Petworth Emigration Scheme 1839-1847

My ancestor, PATRICK HARTIGAN******, Born 1818 arrived 1840 in Quebec, Canada with wife MARY KEATING****** and child MARY****** Born 1839. Also on board the same ship and from the same townland of Glascloon, were JAMES HARTIGAN******, his wife CATHERINE MARY HARTIGAN****** his wife MARY RYAN****** and Child MARGARET******* Born 1839. PATRICK****** moved to Camillus, NY, USA in 1840 while the families of JAMES****** and MICHAEL****** stayed in Quebec. The Petworth Emigration Scheme offered smallholder tenant farmers funding for resettlement in Canada so that Lord WYNDHAM’S land could be converted to grazing. There were other HARTIGAN****** families who took advantage of this offer or face eviction. The article lists each person and their townland origin on the Estate of Col. GEORGE WINDHAM, 4th Earl of Egremont, whose principal seat was Petworth, Sussex, England. I would like to here from anyone who has a possible connection
