We are descended from Rev Oliver Lodge who was curate of Glanworth parish for about 27 years before his death in 1822. He was buried at Glanworth on 3 September 1822.
He was ordained as deacon in 1894 and as priest on 1 November 1795 in Cloyne, Cork.
He married Ann Campion on 27 June 1801.
His son, Oliver Lodge (1805- 1868) settled in New South Wales in 1841.
His other children of whom we are aware are:
Thomas Lodge
John Lodge
William Lodge (1809 – 1861)
George Lodge (b 1812)
Barton Lodge
Olivia Lodge (b 1814)
We would be most grateful for any assistance with any information about Rev Oliver Lodge (his date and place of birth) and his family.
We are thinking of visiting Ireland later in 2014 and are also interested in any parish records we could view or gravesites relating to the family that we could visit.

I tracked the Lodges to Kilworth . Ann Campion of Leitrim House Kilworth as part of marriage settlement had portion of Thomas Campions estate near Araglin bridge in Ballyderown (Kicrumper parish) gifted to Oliver Lodge. In 1828. Olivia had 23 acres leased in Griffith Valuation in 1850. at Monatrislane Kilworth.
