Hi Linda
There are some Kellys in the Tithe Applotments (free at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/) in Ballinakilla in 1827:
Kelly PatBallynakilla Kilcatherine Cork1827

Griffiths Valuation (free at http://www.askaboutireland.ie/) has 26 Kellys in Kilcatherine in 1852. There are map views for each person.
I tried www.rootsireland.ie/ for the marriage of

Hi Linda, My name is Eric Kelly and I matched with Francis G Kelly Jr within 2 on Family tree so that means we are related 70% in 8 generations. The good news is that I know my family history back 7 generations. My ancestor Michael Kelly was born 1801 in Ireland and arrived here around 1815-1819. He was a Presbyterian, married the daughter of a Scotish Highlander. My family was mostly Presbyterian in Nova Scotia, My Great great great gtandfather was even called Jeremiah Kelly, in fact I knew about your family before my test results. That was the only other person in the maratimes that I found had the name Jeremiah Kelly. I strongly believe my family were of Scots Irish origin, however you never know what can happen. I would like to see baptismal records, and why would they be from Dublin? The Dublin area or Londonderry is where I believe Michael Kelly is most likely from. I am sure we can sort this out since we now have 2 lines traced to a common ancestor. Regards
Eric

Hi Eric. I think you missunderstood. When I mentioned Dublin, it was that I got my copies of the batptismal records for the children of Patrick and Mary. from the Archives in Dublin not that they were from there. My Kelly's are from Bere Island. not Dublin or Londonderry. Now as far as Nova Scotia, perhaps a member of my Kelly's could have lived there but I have not found one yet. I do have to admit the DNA of 70 % is strong. Who knows? Thanks Linda

Hi Col. Thanks for all your efforts. I do have copies of the Titheapplotment book records of Pat & Dan. in 1827. Kilcatherine does not apply in 1852 as my Kelly's came to Canada in 1840 0r 1841. I know this by the birth dates of the children born in Ireland and those born in New Brunswick. I have a copy of the marriage in 1832 in Castletownbere from the Church rectory there on a previous trip. I have the 4 childrens baptism copies as well. My goal is to find someone who can help me with the time frame of 1800 to 1840. I am trying tofind out info on Patrick's & Mary's births? who their parents, were? did they have siblings? Are they the any of other 27 Kelly Familyies on the Island? I have a feeling we are somehow related to the Crowley's? I will only have a week when I am there, and need to spend my time as productively as possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thank Linda

Hi Linda, my name is Carol Kelly born in Saint John NB. My father is Wilfred Kelly born in Saint John. His father is Wilfred Laurier Kelly, and his father is Jeremiah Kelly. Patrick and Mary were as you know Jeremiahs Irish parents. So we are related. I was only to Ireland once, and only made it to Dublin. Cork sounds beautiful... Hope your trip went well. perhaps we can chat someday. Cheers, Carol Kelly.

Hello Linda - I think you have probably reached the end of the line as far as your Kellys in Bere Island are concerned but I do have a couple of suggestions for you, if you are on Facebook.
