My great grandparents were married on March 2, 1889 (Kilmichael Parish) they were Michael Carroll and Julia Riordan.
Father of the groom was Jeremiah Carroll, Ballyneidig and Denis Riordan, The Commons.
Children of Michael and Julia are the following:
Mary (Mollie) born January, 1891 (my grandmother) emmigrated to United States in 1914, only one to leave Ireland.
Margaret (Maggie) born 1892
Ellen (Nellie) Unknown
Jeremiah, born 1895
Denis, born 1897
Katie, born 1899/1900
Julia, born 1902
Michael, born 1906, died young, but actual date/year unknown
John, born 1910
I know when my ggrandfather died which was 1943, but have no information as to when Julia died.
Any information on either family would be appreciated.

Have you checked the 1901 and 1911 censuses?
This looks like Michael, Julia & family in 1901:

This could be Dennis Riordan in 1901. Townland is Commons and wife is Margaret, same as second daughter.

There are several Jeremiah Carrolls in the census, but I didn't find one that seemed to match.
