I looked at the 1864 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kildarton civil parish. There were no Currys listed but there was a Samuel Corry in Calone townland. Not sure if this is your Samuel Curry or someone different.

Below is the civil marriage index record for Daniel and Mary. If you want a copy of the record which woudl show Daniel's fathers name and where they lived. Go to http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx  Hit Marriage certificate in English. A screen will come up asking for User Name and Password. Hit cancel and the form should appear. Fill out the form and provide the quarter/year of marriage, registration district ( Mallow) and the volume and page number ( 5 and 469). Ask for a copy which should cost around 4 euros. You can ask them to e-mail the copy back to you.

Thank you Roger! I actually already have a copy of the marriage certificate for Daniel Burke and Mary (Curry). It does list Daniel's father as John, occupation a Carrier (I don't know what line of work would require a Carrier in 1884 in Mallow).

Also, for Samuel Curry, yes I had also found the spelling as Corry in Armagh which I believe to be the same person. Samuel being a Dairyman and his father's name being Samuel also.

My current challenge is to find current relatives from the Burke or Curry/Corry or Woods lineage. I am having trouble finding siblings for either Daniel Burke and Mary (Curry) Burke either in Mallow/Armagh or in Massachusetts. I'm hoping someone in Ireland is also looking for these families. Not sure what other avenues to pursue as I'm having difficulty connecting the dots back to Ireland for relatives currently living there.
