I quickly looked for marriage and birth index records for Patrick and his wife Bridget and their son Michael. I did find a marriage of a Patrick Flanagan to a Bridget Lynch but it was up in Mayo. Let me suggest two sites for your research to try and locate birth or marriage index records. If you locate a promising index record, you can write to the GRO www.groireland.ie to get a copy of the record for about 4 euros.
www.findmypast.ie is a pay site except it is free this weekend.
www.familysearch.org also has BDM index records and this site run by the Mormon Church is always free.
