Hello All,

I wondered if anyone maybe able to assist me in finding out more about my Grandfather's family and who knows, maybe just maybe find some relatives.

My Grandfather was Edward, Joseph O'Reilly 11.01.1921.  I think that he came to England in 1940 - 1944 for work.

I understand that he lived with his family in Old Youghal Road, County Cork. I believe that he was baptised in St Joseph's church on Old Youghal Road.

The only siblings that I know of are Jack and Timothey (no dates of births known)

I also believe that my Great Grandmother's maiden name was Mary Cronin. I'm unsure of my Great Grandfather's name.

 

I would be so grateful for any assistance anyone may be so kind as to give me.

    Have you tried looking for Edwards birth record in civil records? This will give you his parents names:
