Mother, Julia Sullivan, emigrated to USA in 1926 at the age of 18. Her mother, Mary Ellen (Maryellen) remained in Ireland with 2 small children. I believe she died around 1949. Would like to find any relative, or information regarding burial site, husband(s), and parrish she belonged to.
Mary Ellen(grandmother) was widowed at least once; and was the mother of Bart, Patrick, Con, Julia (mother), John, Denis, and at least one other male child.

Thank you for your query. Do you know a place of origin for your family in Ireland? (e.g. County, Parish, Townland). Remember to post as much information as you can with regard to the people you are researching. The more information you post, the more likely it is that one of our volunteers will be able to advise or assist you. Also include information concerning which sources you may have already used so others may further your search. If you do not have a place of origin the best place for you to start your search is the emigration records. You have a name and year of emigration so this should aid you in your search. Generally more information was given at the port of arrival rather than the port of departure. If you knew which city they arrived at (e.g. Liverpool, New York, etc.), this could be a good place to find more information. -And perhaps even find out an exact place of origin.
