I am trying to find the family of Daniel Devanney whos father was called John and is recorded on Daniels marriage certificate in Lancashire,England as a ships carpenter. Daniel was born circa 1850 and on the marriage cert his family are said to come from 'Clenmenny' Donegal which I presume is Clonmany. Any info would be very welcome.

Just joining this site. Not sure if any relation, my name is Kevin Devanney, my grandfather was Daniel Henry Devanney, born USA 1918, his father was Daniel Henry Devanney, and his father was Daniel H Devanney. Still researching for date of entry into the US.
