I'm looking for any information on my 8th grandmother, Margaret Parks. She married Archibald Alexander, from Manorcunningham 12/31/1734.

You haven’t said what denomination Margaret was. However in this case it may not make much difference. The Church of Ireland records for Raphoe only start in 1771, the 1st Presbyterian church in 1828 and the RC church in 1876. So none of the main denominations has any records for the early 1700s.
There are hardly any records for Donegal in the 1700s and research then is extremely difficult.
Looking at the 1901 census for the county, the vast majority of Parks were Presbyterian plus some Church of Ireland, suggesting Plantation settler origins, primarily from Scotland, in the 1600s. I don’t see any Parks in Raphoe in the 1630 Muster Rolls so that suggests they arrived sometime after that.
DNA testing may be the only way to link to anyone connected to the family still in Ireland. And you may get links to Scotland of course too.

I have DNA uploaded at Ancestry, Family Tree, and Gedmatch.com. Is there a DNA database in ireland and/or Scotland? (I have ancestors from both countries.)

MacBanshee, I am not an expert on DNA but I am mot aware of any special DNA database for Scotland or Ireland. Just the usual commercial companies such as Ancestry.
