  • Thank you very much for the information. I had found some of the record but this was

more information. I can not find the name David (Ferry) in any other record, however.

Daniel and Margaret Diver and children followed her brother Maurice and other siblings to Humboldt Co, Ca. abt1882.

    Sincerely, DL Dever

  • Hi, I am looking further back to circa 1815-1821 when Unity Diver was born to Samuel and Unity.

Should you find any connection I would be grateful for any contact and I will do the same. Mine are in the same area so there is sure to be a connection. The names Unity, Daniel and Margaret were continued in the family here in Australia. Sincerely Jeanette

Immigrated as Unity Dever to Australia  21 Jul 1841 on 'Helen' with Charles and Sarah Boyle and family - probably as maid or child carer. No known siblings. Sponsored by Rev'd Hugh McFadden from Gortahork, Donegal, but known to be Catholic. Gave Tulloghbegley as her home town but only Samuel found was in Kilmacrenan in 1858.
