Hello Down,
My ancesters are Hugh Kearney and Mary Walker. Hugh was a Tailor in Saul St, Downpatrick in 1846-51 PO Directory. Their daughter, Jane Kearney, came to NSW (married in 31 May 1840) but I have been unable to find any record of her arrival. According to a family record she was born in Downpatrick 2 Feb 1816.
Any information appreciated.
I see from the Tithe Applotmrnt Books that there ar 2 Hugh Kearney in Drumgooland in 1828.
