Looking for Isabella PATTERSON born near Lisburn abt 1826. The Pattersons were from Doagh near Lisburn & they owned a store. It is possible that Isabella was born in Finnis, Dromara, Down Dec.23, 1832 - parents listed as William Patterson & AgnesThompson. However I have not been able to prove that this is my Isabella.
A family letter also states Isabella Patterson married James WALKER,a farmer . The only possible marriage record I can find - 1847 Ballynahingh 3rd Presbyterian church record lists Isabella's father as "James" Patterson, farmer & Isabella's residence is Ballycreen. James Walker 's residence is Cargygray.
Margaret Walker b. 1860-1864 range, , dau of Isabella Patterson & James Walker , is my gt grandmother. I cannot prove her birth record. There is a Margaret Walker born 17.02.1860, dau of James Walker & mother listed as Patterson, registered at Loughaghry Presbyterian, Banbridge, Down..
