I am looking for the descendants of Gilbert Stevenson 1812-1898,who married Fanny Scott in County Down.I know by certain records that Gilbert Stevenson was connected with the Stevenson's in Killyleagh by some way,and was related to Dorcas Stevenson down the line.If anyone could shed some light on this information it would be very much appreciated.He had a son called James Stevenson 1839 - 19 February 1894 (my great,great grandfather),who immigrated to Lyttleton,Christchurch,New Zealand on 15 June 1863 on the "Evening Star",and James's brother Adam 1835- & his sister Agnes 1842- arrived in Lyttleton,Christchurch,New Zealand on the 6 September 1864 on board the "British Empire from London,England.
