we're following up on a couple family lines.
John Moorhead, born at or near Newtonards in 1816; moved to Canada with his family (Lansdowne Ontario area, died 1891); including daughter Jane Moorhead born 1853 Newtonards, baptised April 10, 1854 Dromore Parish. Lived at what was called Rose Cottage, building still exists in disrepair on Loughries Rd. near Newtonards.
John Moorhead married Anne Wigston, born Feb 25 1816 Newtonards. Died Lansdowne Ontario ~1912

There is a birth registration for a Mary Moorhead but in Killinchy county Down about 14 miles from Newtownards, as the mothers name is not given I am not 100% sure if this is the correct Mary but dates , names and area are a match.
