Who would I contact to view the records of Artaine Boys Home, Dublin. I am trying to find info on a John Collins, aged 14, from Belfast who was recorded in the home during the 1911 Census. I have no idea if he was there because of misdemeanors or as an orphan. His father died in 1907 and I found his 2 younger brothers were recorded in Nazareth Lodge, Belfast in the 1911 Census. Please help!!!!!!
