John Patterson - on his New Zealand Death Certificate his place of birth is listed as Dublin, born c1837. Parents - John Patterson, occupation pilot, and Rebecca ???.
John came to NZ in the early 1860's. He married Hannah Davies, January 1864, in Auckland NZ and on their marriage certificate his occupation is boatman.
He died 14th July 1918 at Devonport, Auckland, NZ.
Any information about this family would be much appreciated - birth, marriages or deaths
