Good Morning
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and thanks for your query
The Roman Catholic Parishes of Knockainy/Patrickswell are located in the Civil Parish of Kilteely, Diocese of Cashel and Emly. The RC Parish of Patrickwell/Lurriga is also located in the Civil Parish of Kilkeedy, Diocese of Limerick. The records for Patrickswell/Lurriga begin in 1801 while the records for Knockainy/Patrickswell begin in 1815.
Even though you believe that Honora and Timothy were born before the start date for the 1815 records, you could still check www.familysearch.org or www.rootsireland.ie for their baptisms. As many people at that time could not read or write they often could not give an accurate date for their own births. You could also use these sites to search for their marriage record and baptisms of any children they may have had.
You could also search the Tithe Applotment Books 1823-1837 and the Griffith?s Valuation, (a land survey taken between 1847 and 1864) for occurrences of the family in that area. Although they only record the name of the head of household, it can prove useful.

Griffith's Valuation: http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/index.xml?action=nameSearch
You could also have a look at the 1901/1911 Census for similar occurrences: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/
Some graveyards in Limerick are also available to search on line:
Best of luck with your search
