I am looking for further information on my Roper/McManus line.  Ann McManus married James Roper in Enniskillen on 1/9/1822.  He died approximately 1869 and Ann moved with her daughter, Jane Roper (born 8/12/1840), to Paisley, Scotland.  They also had a son, James (born 6/1/1844).  Ann died in Paisley in 1884.  I would love to locate the final resting place of James and find out more about him and Ann's history.

Since Ann passed on in Scotland, her death cert was a great help.  Her parents were James McManus and Ann Cairney and she was born approx 1794.  I assume she was born in the same area (Enniskillen), but I can't be sure.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This link will show the RC parishes. There is no RC equivalent of Boho parish. Devenish and Cleenish would cover that area. Boho Parish and Boa Island are both pronounced bow - as in bow and arrow.

The name McManus does crop up in Devenish. However RC records are not easy to find online in Fermanagh.
