Seeking details of the birth and parents of William McGreece b c1804-05
Apprenticeship records show a Wm McGreece of Trory Parish [Fermanagh] apprenticed to Francis Adams of Clonelly as shoemaker at age of 10 yrs 1/3/1814, recommended by Rev Mr Tuthill for Lord Bishop of Clogher; my Wm McGreece's occupation was a shoemaker !!
My research tends to indicate William's parents were William and Sidney, maiden name unknown.
Have a burial record for a Sidney McGreece of Boa Island aged 75 years, 29/4/1859, buried Templecarn, Donegal, further Wm and Sidney's first child was a daughter named Sidney [ Sidney b c1827, married Patrick Gallagher /Gallacher and died in Girvan, Ayrshire,Scotland in 1914 ]
Are church records from Trory parish available ?
ANY details of this family in Ireland prior to 1850 much appreciated

I'm afraid I couldn't find any of the records you have on rootsireland.ie/ to get their religion; you have done well to find what you have.
There are no RC parish records for Trory but PRONI has C of I records from Trory: baptisms 1835-1922 Marriages 1835-1905 & burials 1835-1950
PRONI = Public Records of Northern Ireland; not available online so a personal visit or hire a researcher I'm afraid.
No McGreece records in Irish Censuses 1821,31 or 41 in any county; none in Tithe Applotments (1823-37) or Griffiths Valuation either.
rootsireland has no baptism or burial records for McGreece in Fermanagh and only 2 marriages both of which are after 1850: Alexander 1856 & Catherine 1877 (both Enniskillen - 1 RC & 1 C of I)
Alexander:TUBRID C.O.I. PARISH OF DRUMKEERAN, AGES GIVEN AS FULL OVER 21.
Catherine: KILSKEERY R. C. CHAPEL, PARISH OF IRVINESTOWN, CO. TYRONE. HUSBANDS
AGE GIVEN AS 22, WIFES AGE GIVEN AS 21Col
