Just tracing info on the above. Mary Colohan left Ireland 1911 and settled in Chicago, USA. Her sister Elle also went to Chicago around that time. One of them had a son Monseignor Jack McGrath who served in St Louis. There was also a daughter Josephine who I met when she came to Ireland in the 1970's to visit her aunts Bridget Cahalan & Katie McCabe, both lived in Dublin at the time.

Hi Clare
My grandmother Elizabeth Colohan born 1906 in Ballymana at the family home where many children were born in its 200 year history. Unfortunately the house is gone. My grandmother had a sister Mary born 1904. My great grandfather was John Colohan born 1865 and his wife was Louisa Carey. Could Mary been one of John's sisters as I havent been able to trace my family back from John. Any help would be great.
