I am trying to trace my Feeney ancestors in Ireland. They emigrated to England. I have a reference to Mary Feeney born 1803.
also John Feeney Baptisim 2 May 1845 Castlebeg Dunmore Galway Father Edmond Feeney Mother Mary Costello
Siblings Edmund 1836, Edmund 1838, Bridget 1841, Patrick 1841, John 1845, ? Ellen 1837?, and Thomas 1845,?
I have found others but don't wish to search the wrong line.
My Feeney's lived in Rochdale Lancashire England. They appear on the 1861 census as Head Mary F widow age 58
Ellen F Daughter unmarried age 24, Patrick F Son unmarried age 22, Bridget F unmarried age 20, John F Son age 18,
Thomas F. Son unmarried age 16, Sarah Ann F Granddaughter age 5 born Rochdale Lancashire.
Most of the Feeney's I have found that I think are matches are on records at Sante Nicholai de Dunmore Parchus.
I would like to see pictures of the area. Is anyone else looking for Feeney Ancestors?????
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Edmond senior is shown on the 1855/1856 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Dunmore so he likely died between 1856 and 1861.
