Hello i am search for another relative that i have not been able to get much information on and that is George Henry Sheridan records of mine show he was born in Borhan, Galway c.1722 and died in c. 1792 in Orange, NC USA. I do know he married first name is Hannah do not know her last name or her birth place just that i was ireland c. 1722 they married c. 1760.
George's father was Samuel Sheridan/O'Sheridan born c. 1695 also in Borhan, Galway. do not know what year he passed. His wife was Anne Kilbryde born c. 1696.
George would be my 5th great grandfather.
IF anyone is able to provide anymore details about them it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Cory, I am looking at old quereis and as we rely on church records at that remove they are virtually non existent pre the late 1700s for most places, some exist for Dublin and possibly other areas but very few.
As you have good details a query to the local history section of Galway Library may assist but a long shot, otherwise a professional genealogist might also be a route as you are so far back already I cannot imagine there are too many records surviving at this time.
