Hello, I am compiling a data base of all Kelly's whom lived in the Tynagh village up to the 1850's
My ancestor lived here about 1824 and is that of John Kelly a labourer son of Patrick and Elizabeth Kelly?

There are two land records that might be helpful. The Tithe listings from 1826 for Tynagh parish showed twenty Kelly entries (some could be duplicates) but a only a few were in Tynagh village.

The 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Tynagh parish showed nineteen Kelly records in the parish but only two of the nineteen were in the village.
