I searched on www.irishgenealogy.ie and did not find a baptismal record for Ellen. The Ballylongford parish register has baptismal records from 1823 to May of 1838 although the main page indicates that many pages are missing/mutilated. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0654 Also there is a 31 year gap from May 1838-October 1869.
The 1852 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Aghavallen civil parish shows about 50 Enright records so the surname was very prominent in the parish. http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/kerry/aghavallen.htm
You may want to consider autosomal DNA testing. Possibly you will match someone with Enright connections.
