  • Hi

I am a great grandaughter of James O'Neill who was born in Ardcanaught and left for New Zealand about 1873 with his three brothers Dennis, William and Patrick.  Dennis returned to Ireland and re-settled in Ardcanaught, marrying a Mary Dowd.  I am planning a trip to Ireland Sep 2013 and will be visiting this area just to get a feel for the place.
