I've been following my maternal line in Ireland which started in Dublin and having a rest in Killaha where my 4th Great Grandparents Patrick and Ellen Healy(nee Sweeny) lived and raise a family from c.1833

This information was drawn from the Glenflesk R.C. registers of births of their children which has them living at Coomacullen. So far it looks like the Healy's survived the Famine years and were not forced to emigrate. What was it like for tenant farmers in the Killaha parish during this time?

If anybody can find when Patrick Healy and Ellen Sweeny got married around 1835 and whether they were married in this parish or moved there after?
