I am looking for information about Bartholomew Flood and Mary Kearney (born Derrinstown? About 1819) who I believe were maried in Maynooth in June 1848. Their son John born 1849 believed to be baptised at Rathcoffey in 1849 and their daughter Maria born 1851 believed to be baptised  at Balraheen in 1851. The family emigrated to Australia in 1854. I am also interested in other family members including Richard Kearney born Derrinstown about 1833.

    I checked Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie and they have the 1848 marriage in Maynooth RC church. They also have the two baptisms in 1849 and 1851. They were both in the Clane RC church. Possibly Ratcoffey and Balraheen were chapels under Clane.

    I also looked for a Mary Kearney baptismal record. Between 1816-1822, but received no record.

    I checked the 1852 Griffiths for Co. Kildare and found two Bartholomew Flood records.
