Hi I was wondering if there was anyway of locating streets in Carrick on Suir from the 1800's and early 1900's I have come across several streets where my great grandmother and her parents/grandparents would have lived but am unable to locate many of them on today's maps - some I have found to have been renamed such as Gurryrue which I think is now Pearse Square.

Hi Joanne-Go to OSI(ordinance survey ireland) website. You can view Historic Maps of all locations in Ireland back to mid 1800's.
