Finding it difficult to find Rose without a bit more detail.  Do you have the marriage cert for Rose and Walter?  And from that can you get any information from the church register where they were married?  These sources will hopefully give you Rose's parents names and maybe a bit more.

Hi   thank you for trying to help me,     I have the marriage cert but this just list Rose's father's name and his occupation as farmer,   it appears that the father travelled to the UK for the wedding, since the address listed for him is the same as the groom,   looks like he was a visitor.   No name given for the mother.     Kind regards

Thanks for that.  What church did they get married in?  You might be able to get some more details from the parish register.  Also, have you checked the address on the census to see if any other relatives might have been living with Rose, perhaps brothers or sisters.  Or maybe the witnesses at the wedding were relatives?

Very hard to narrow it down without something more.  Sorry.
