I am looking for any information concerning the families of my 2nd great grandfather and grandmother, Hugh and Mary Hayes Farrell(O'Farrell). Mary was born abt 1815, I have no birthdate for Hugh. They were married in Kilrush and had 4 children, all baptized in St. Senan's Church. Their children were: Bridget, born 26 Jan 1845; Frances, born 16 Jun 1847; Margaret, born 10 Jul 1850; and Patrick, born abt 1853. I would be very appreciative for any additional information that might be available.

Hi Judy,
Have you tried contacting the Clare County Library? They are an excellent resource for information for the County.

have you tried checking the land records called the Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38) or the later Griffith's Valuation (1848-64)for information regarding the family or thier relatives?
The Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38): Microfilm copies of the books for all of Ireland are available at the National Archives of Ireland (NAI) http://www.nationalarchives.ie/genealogy1/genealogy-records/tithe-applotment-books-and-the-primary-griffith-valuation/ or the Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS). Griffith's is freely available here: www.askaboutireland.com or here: www.failteromhat.com Failte Romhat has lots of other useful links you could try looking at.
