Hi! I am part of the Irish diaspora and will be going to Ireland for the first time. I am trying to connect with relatives or find information about my family members. The only one I have the Parish name she was born in is Brigid Norris, daughter of Martin Norris and Mary McCluscky. She was born in 1835 in Garranamanagh Parish, Co Kilkenny and emigrated to Argentina (Rio de la Plata) in 1850. She was married to Matthew Mackinson (Co Westmeath), I suppose in Argentina. She is the mother of Eduardo Mackinson (1864-1944), my great grandfather. I would value any information on relatives or where to look for then as I will be going to Kilkenny this week.
