Richard James Pakenham b abt 1857 +/- 3 years

Hoping for assistance although there is so little on which to based decisions.  I am looking for the birth of Richard James Pakenham/Packenham who it said, was born around 1857 - 1860.  

Unfortunately I have no other genealogical information on Richard other than where he said he was born, his stated year of birth and name.

He married Sarah Llewelyn Dillwyn [it is said] although to date I have not located a marriage record.  He had one daughter with Sarah named Oonagh Doreen Pakenham.  It may well be the name Oonagh is an Irish name as this name has not too date appeared in Sarah's family.  

When Oonagh died in 1965 she was buried as Roman Catholic. I dont know if this means her father was Roman Catholic as well.

Richard was variously employed in, broadly speaking, the entertainment industry & at one stage was a theatrical manager & another an 'oil painting merchant'.  He also went to South Africa which is where Oonagh was born in abt 1888.

As you can see not much there on which to undertake some research and I do acknowledge this is a long shot.
