Can anyone please help me to find out how to get some information. I'm looking for a website that will give me the details of properties bought and sold in the Muckross area in the 1800's.
Ive looked at various places, nothing in Griffiths valuations. The only reference i can find is the LDS site https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/1060637 but that is not available.
Any ideas?

I think you want the Revision books which show how properties changed ownership after the Griffiths. Here is some background. http://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/revision-books.html These books are online now for Northern Ireland at the PRONI site. I understand the books for the Republic of Ireland may go online sometime this year.

Ah, slight confusion - I am looking for Muckross in Killarney, not Muckross in Northern Ireland. Probably explains why I couldnt find any info on the PRONI site.
